Home/Industries/Logistics and fleet operators

For logistics and fleet operators

Fuel, tolls and trip spend, checked before it's paid.

Drivers pay for fuel, tolls and repairs by FASTag, UPI or RuPay card instead of cash advances. Every payment lands on one ledger, linked to the vehicle and the trip, and checked against policy before the money moves.

  • Direct NETC FASTag issuer
  • NPCI certified · IHMCL approved
  • UPI AutoPay top-ups

The problem in every fleet.

  • Cash advances to drivers for every trip
  • Tolls, fuel and repairs spread across cards and apps
  • Receipts lost between the road and the office
  • No live view of spend per vehicle or trip

How OmniCard controls fleet spend.

01

FASTag that tops itself up

OmniCard issues FASTag directly. Approve a UPI AutoPay mandate once from any bank, and every tag tops itself up when its balance runs low.

02

Fuel, tolls and repairs, one ledger

UPI, prepaid RuPay cards and FASTag in one stack, with a single ledger and a single policy.

03

Limits by driver and vehicle

Rules by driver, vehicle, vendor, time and category, checked before the payment goes through.

04

Trip-based budgets

Load funds per trip and settle automatically when it ends.

05

Spend proved by the trip

Trip-linked spends with GPS and odometer proofs keep claims honest.

06

Block in seconds

Stop a card, wallet or tag in seconds if something looks wrong.

07

Tags at vehicle delivery

OEMs, dealers and showrooms issue and activate tags when a vehicle is delivered; the vehicle then joins the owner's fleet dashboard.

08

Reconciled and posted

Receipts matched to trips automatically and exported to Tally, Zoho, SAP and more.

For every role.

Drivers

Pay for fuel, tolls and repairs without carrying cash.

Fleet and operations managers

Every vehicle's balance, tolls and trip spend in one dashboard.

Finance

One ledger for every rail, reconciled and posted to the ERP.

Why it works on the road

OmniCard is the issuer. So the fleet's rules apply at the toll and the pump.

OmniCard is itself the issuer: an RBI-authorised PPI issuer and a direct NPCI issuer for RuPay cards, UPI (@omni) and FASTag, with no sponsor bank in between. So driver and vehicle rules are checked when the payment is authorised, and an out-of-policy payment is declined before money moves.

Logistics and fleet questions, answered.
