How is the Flexi Benefits Basket different from a meal card?
Employees split one allowance across meal, fuel, telecom, books and more themselves, instead of a fixed bucket set by HR, and spend each via UPI scan-and-pay.
What changed with the 2026 tax rules?
The Income-tax Rules, 2026 raised the tax-free meal limit from ₹50 to ₹200 a meal, up to ₹105,600 a year. Stacked with other eligible categories, total tax-free benefits can exceed ₹200,000 per employee per year.
Can employees use it at any UPI merchant?
Yes. No dedicated POS is needed. Spends are validated against your category rules and settled like any UPI payment.
