OmniCard vs Happay: expense management compared
Both OmniCard and Happay help Indian companies control business spend with prepaid cards and expense software. The main difference is where control happens and how employees pay. OmniCard is built around last-mile visibility on UPI and RuPay: employees, branches and stores pay by company UPI ID or RuPay card, and rules are checked before the money moves. Choose OmniCard if
- Your spend happens at the last mile (field staff, branches, stores, sites) and you want each payment checked before it's paid, not reviewed in a claim later.
- Employees should pay by company UPI as well as by card. Many small merchants take only UPI.
- You want one issuer for cards, UPI and FASTag, with no sponsor bank in between.
- You run fleets and want FASTag issued directly, with UPI AutoPay top-ups from any bank.
Choose Happay if
- Corporate travel booking in the same tool matters most to you.
- Your spend is mostly travel and reimbursements, and you don't need employee UPI spend.

Yes, for companies whose main need is controlling employee, branch and store spend. OmniCard issues RuPay prepaid cards and company UPI IDs itself, and checks policy before each payment.
Does OmniCard offer travel booking?
No. OmniCard controls and records travel spend paid by card or UPI, but doesn't include a self-booking tool.
Can OmniCard and Happay be used together?
