Job Description: -

• Handle end-to-end customer support provided via social media & other digital platforms 
• Work on content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, marketing campaigns, eBooks, and more.
• Help in designing presentations, eBooks, and other marketing materials
• Provide basic design support using simple tools for marketing materials.
• Help with marketing research 
• Savvy with social media platforms & marketing tools
• Assist with all other marketing activities as required 
• Content writing is a major part of the work
