Experience: 4-5 Yrs (In Fintech or Banking Industry)
Job Description: -
- Provide
guidance and leadership to a team of customer service representatives to
ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Coach,
develop, and mentor customer support personnel
- Maintain
and update customer database, make customer service-related
recommendations, and report issues and trends
- Implement
quality control plans to prevent or correct mistakes made during customer
support
- Meet with
key customers and identify new opportunities for growth
- Responsibility
to drive the team performance in terms of Productivity,
- Regular
client/customer communication via call & Email for better coordination
- Handling
B2C & B2B customer support process
- Team
Handling
- Master the art of help
desk software and lead required integrations with product teams to
automate processes
